Seeking Collaborating Physician or Nurse Practitioner for Concierge Botox Practice – Remote, Flexible, Minimal Time Commitment
I’m a licensed RN based in NYC, currently working in aesthetics and actively treating clients. I’m launching a mobile concierge Botox business focused on natural results, professionalism, and client trust. I’m seeking a physician (MD/DO) or nurse practitioner, licensed in New York, to serve as my collaborating provider for prescribing and oversight only (neurotoxin treatments only – no fillers or in-person work required).
This is a low-lift, flexible, fully remote role ideal for a provider looking for supplemental income, passive involvement in aesthetics, or an opportunity to support a driven RN already in the field.
What I Provide:
- Existing clientele and growing demand
- HIPAA-compliant charting, consent forms, protocols
- Full malpractice insurance
- Product and supply sourcing
- All mobile logistics and patient care
What You’d Do:
- Prescribe Xeomin and/or Botox as needed (telehealth OK)
- Be available for chart review or consults if needed (rare)
- Support a legally compliant, ethical aesthetic practice as a collaborating provider
Compensation:
$100–$300/month, or per-patient revenue share

Qualifications:
- MD/DO or NP licensed in New York

- Prior experience in aesthetics is a plus but not required

- Open to a collaborative and supportive oversight role
