Lake Shore Schools Chicago is a family-owned and staff-focused early learning center in the Andersonville and Rogers Park communities, specializing in elevated care for infants to Pre-Kindergarten.

Birth to 3 Assistant Teachers:
- Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Assist and execute age-appropriate weekly lesson plans
- Participate actively with peers through communication, collaboration, and curriculum
- Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication and conferences to discuss daily routines, transitions, and developmental goals
- Are responsible for submitting documentation on behalf of students and classroom requirements for funding streams
- Keep up to date with licensing requirements for education and experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- College coursework (30 credits total, 15 credits in Early Childhood Education)
