*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Selections Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be very detailed oriented, computer literate with cloud based software, and preferably have some construction knowledge.
*Duties*
- Meet with clients and project managers to help keep project on schedule
- Enter purchase and change orders for project managers
- Enter data for client selections and orders in an online project management system
- Placing orders and tracking products for Project Managers and clients, ensuring they arrive on time for installs.
- Communicate selection information and specs with corresponding vendors and subcontractors, keeping a professional relationship with all.
- Leading electrical walk-throughs based on plans, taking thorough notes, and updated existing plans accordingly
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks
- Support office management functions
- Utilize Calendar for scheduling purposes
*Experience*
- Proven experience in customer service and professionalism
- Project management or office management skills
- Scheduling
- Handling vendor and sub accounts and knowledge of the construction industry and processes would be a huge plus
*Musts*
- Prioritize tasks and manage time well
- Be comfortable making and receiving phone calls

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
