Job Description
As a Strategic Account Executive at Sia, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI sales and adoption across our largest and most strategic enterprise clients. You will be responsible for cultivating deep, trusted partnerships with existing and target accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of tailored AI solutions, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact role for a consultative sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about shaping the future of AI in business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and solution design to negotiation and close, with a focus on enterprise AI and cloud-based services.
- Identify new data and AI client prospects through research, collaboration and proven marketing outreach techniques
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Sia’s capabilities with client objectives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for responsible AI adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sia’s technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Sia’s growth and market leadership.
- Represent Sia at industry events, conferences, and client engagements, championing our commitment to secure and ethical AI.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to large organizations
- Demonstrated success in selling AI, data, or cloud infrastructure services, ideally within a consultancy or high-growth technology environment
- Strong local and national networks and experience driving and leading business development, client proposals and RFP’s
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder management, and solution-based selling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage or rapidly scaling organizations; comfortable building processes and driving change.
- Passion for AI and its potential to drive positive business and societal outcomes, with a commitment to secure and ethical practices.
- Located in the New York City metropolitan area and able to work on site.

Competitive Compensation
- Total Compensation including base, commission and benefits is between $250,000 and $350,000

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia provides a flexible workplace environment tailored to meet client and business needs. The Senior Account Executive is expected to work on site 3-5 days per week.
