Mission
DoorLoop is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Analyst to join our central Data team and help us uncover insights that drive smart, scalable growth. You’ll be the go-to partner for our Marketing, Sales & Revenue Operations leadership, owning the analytics and reporting engine that powers daily decision-making, campaign optimization, quarterly board reporting, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain full-funnel analytics across Marketing and Sales—from first touch to closed-won.
- Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs across awareness, MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, velocity, and more.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting to GTM and executive teams.
- Prepare board-ready insights and reports that influence quarterly strategy.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of opportunity across the funnel.
- Partner cross-functionally to make data-driven recommendations that improve lead quality, campaign ROI, and sales performance.
- Respond quickly to ad hoc data requests and performance deep dives as leadership needs arise.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure data consistency and hygiene across systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations, or data strategy for sales and marketing teams.
- Fluent in funnel metrics and know how to turn raw data into strategic recommendations.
- Comfortable creating executive-facing dashboards, reporting packages, and board-level presentations.
- You know your way around tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and SQL.
- Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Love collaborating across teams and making data useful to everyone—from specialists to C-level executives.
Nice to Have:
- Worked in a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
- Experience with attribution modeling and campaign performance tracking.
- Supported territory planning, capacity modeling, or sales forecasting projects.

Compensation Range
The salary range for this position is $130,000- $150,000 annually. This range represents the base pay the company is prepared to offer for this role in New York City, in line with market data and internal compensation practices. Where a candidate falls within this range will depend on their experience and qualifications.
