SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager, The Home Depot, leads and develops a high-performing team, while developing strategic and tactical marketing plans to grow our business with The Home Depot supporting homeowner, contractor and pro customer needs. These plans include in-store merchandising, digital marketing, digital experiences, voice of customer, sales and promotion support, content development, and new product/service launches. The marketing manager will also influence and manage the Andersen brand across all channel-specific digital properties and in-store marketing elements to maximize and leverage the Andersen brand with The Home Depot.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow and develop a high performing marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans in support of The Home Depot business.
- Lead the strategy development and execution of the marketing mix, leveraging VOC and Big Box insights to deliver optimal in-store and online customer experiences for multiple audiences (pro and homeowner) to drive business results.
- Lead planning and execution of market-specific product launches, promotions, advertising, and merchandising, digital marketing strategy ranging from social campaigns to site design enhancements and search engine optimization, content creation, new product launch support, internal/external communication management, sales tool management, and engagement program support (Millwork Virtual Apron, Pro Account, Andersen programs). Provide program recaps to evaluate success of THD campaigns/marketing efforts and efficiency of spend.
- Lead Andersen/Home Depot digital strategy including quote and order tools, e-commerce (HomeDepot.com, storm door online parts), website management (AndersenHomeDepot.com, StormDoors.com) and digital marketing (social, retail media, etc.)
- Develop overall showroom strategy for Andersen working with The Home Depot and using that same methodology for independent dealer-channel partners on the Andersen Pro Division for consistency. Lead showroom and display program across channels to create synergies and common processes while also managing supplier-vendor relationship. Manage relationships with other outside marketing vendors including marketing research consultants and visual merchandising companies.
- Leverage/lead industry and competitive research to ensure Andersen is delivering optimal in-store and online customer experience for multiple customer audiences (homeowner, contractor, other pro).
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets to maximize THD sales, drive traffic, enhance the brand and elevate customer experiences; manage budgets and deliver to plan.

- Describe oversight, guidance and/or work direction provided, and type of positions being directed (employees, contractors, etc.) customer
- Directly manages, supports and develops a team of marketing professionals.
- Manages relationships with marketing vendors including display companies, marketing research consultants and visual merchandising companies.
- Exhibits cross-functional collaboration within marketing and channel team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 4 Year Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Demonstrated ability to create, develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $131,540 - $210,460.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
