Senior Sales Engineer, SL General Sales

Who we are looking for

• Proven account management experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the semiconductor, sensor, lighting, or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex customer programs and business opportunities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong networking abilities and the capability to work effectively across global organizations.
• Business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Native-level Japanese communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced technical qualifications are a plus.
