Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food service industry
• Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
