We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service throughout their visit. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Help maintain a positive atmosphere by working as part of a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members positively.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures as needed.
