We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong guest relations skills, positive and happy demeanor, an ability to converse with guests and make them feel welcome and comfortable, as well as the ability to manage time, work as a team, handle fast paced activity.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Handle credit and cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and food preparation ares
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a full service restaurant is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food and beverages
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
- Excellent math skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
