Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bottle Service Waitress to join our dynamic team. As a Bottle Service Waitress you will be required to be quick on your toes. Big personality, and comfortable with night life.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively.
- Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Experience in nightclub or high-energy restaurant environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
