POSITION:
Service Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining the overall quality and output of Whisha’s Route Sales Representatives in a designated region. The Service Manager will be based out of a designated office but will be required to travel throughout the region supporting route coverage, training, quality assurance, and any other major customer initiatives. Whisha is a Service based organization, and the Service Manager role is a critical component in our pursuit of continuous service excellence for our customers and suppliers. The position is also responsible for commuting within the region on average of 20% of the time. Travel is required and can be requested upon short notice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide route coverage as needed across all regions for things like staffing issues, vacation, customer launches, customer initiatives, position vacancies.
- Depending on schedule for the day, open the facility and assist with vehicle loading and supervision in the mornings in the warehouse to provide a positive cultural component and RSR touchpoint
- Carry out company quality assurance program by working closely with General Managers to monitor and report on the team’s performance.
- Review QA results with employees and provide corrective action guidance and training as necessary.
- Identify areas for improvement in service quality and work with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, reduce out of stocks, and drive sales.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and drive initiatives to achieve targets.

- Retail and merchandising skills
- Must be willing to conduct physical labor and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the region. Travel is on an as needed basis and can be requested on short notice.
- Strong writing skills
