What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and service ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and other powersports vehicles
Accurately inspect and estimate necessary repairs on customer and inventory units
Complete repairs efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Stay up to date with all service bulletins and required certifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity
Clock in/out accurately using Lightspeed to track work time
Assist with moving and organizing inventory – pull units in/out daily
Advise service team on additional repairs needed to maintain quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous technician/mechanic experience required(powersports, automotive, marine, etc.)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet flat rate times
Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar shop management systems (preferred but not required)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for powersports and outdoor adventure
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move moderately heavy parts and equipment
Standing, walking, and working with hands for extended periods
Comfortable working in a shop setting with various tools and equipment

Day shift | 8-hour shifts
