Summary:
The Specialist will be responsible for updating employee's relationship to organization as it relates to leave of in the INFOR system for all of Children's Health. The Specialist will also be responsible for timekeeping in KRONOS for all employees in a leave status. This shall include both occupational and non-occupational disability events. The Specialist will be required to track and respond to leave inquiries from multiple sources including the employee, employee manager/supervisor, Occupational Health, Human Resource and others as it relates to timekeeping. The Leave Administration Specialist will follow established procedures to provide a high level of customer service to all inquiries and support the People Services inquires/escalations. The position will handle sensitive or complex processes, and work closely with subject matter experts, as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Timely initiate, code, track and close all leaves of absence in Kronos and INFOR systems for all Children's' Health employees
- Works closely with employee supervisor/manager/AbsenceOne to assure accuracy of data.
- Provide excellent customer service in responding timely to all inquiries on leave of absence coding.
- Identifies and solves complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
- Responsible for processing ATP (Advice to Pay) file from AbsenceOne including overpayments. Works with employee explaining overpayments and establishing repayment options.
- Monthly auditing of Leave of Absence Report to ensure accuracy of employee status.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years Human Resources or related experience (leave experience preferred) required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kronos, INFOR , and ServiceNow preferred.
- Two-year associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CLMS (Certified Leave Management Specialist) 1 Year preferred.
