Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during your shift to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist with training new staff members on food service protocols and best practices.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality.
- Support kitchen management by assisting with food preparation and cooking when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service role such as bartending, cooking, or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in food service management or kitchen management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
