Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Shop Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. Be able to work alone in the shop as you will be loading trucks and ensuring the vehicles are ready to go each morning. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the trucks go out each morning looking professional and ensuring each truck has the right inventory on it including the right tools
Duties
- Load trucks each night.
- Ensure trucks have the right tools on them.
- Complete inventory of the shop to place orders for replenishable items.
- Clean and detail vehicles as needed.
- Ensure and schedule maintenance of vehicles.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and put away when it comes off the truck.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving shop efficiency and quality of work.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a shop or manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to backup larger vehicles.

Pay: From $24.66 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
