POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to fill our Showroom Assistant position at Keystone’s Fireplace & Stove.
Our Showroom Assistant is a key member of the Anderson’s Chimney / Keystone’s Fireplace & Stove team. This is not a sales position. Our sales team relies on you to provide a welcoming environment and exceptional experience for each customer that walks through our doors, building guest relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Greeting customers as they arrive at our showroom.
- Offer refreshments to guests.
- Maintain our walk-in traffic log and follow-up system.
- Maintain customer files though our computer software.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Write ‘Thank You’ cards.
- Attend training events and company meetings.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and comfortable showroom.
- Learn product lines and services.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to thrive in an environment of change and growth.
Our showroom is currently open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 2pm. Hours are flexible but Mondays and alternating Saturdays are a must.
This is a position with plenty of room for growth and advancement within our company and could easily become a full-time position for the right person.
