Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team. This position will support showroom operations and assist in managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing Social Media accounts to build our online presence
- Provide support for marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing basic product information and directing them to sales staff as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for sales consultations and installations.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring samples and displays are well-presented.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and sales representatives to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
- Previous experience with managing Instagram and various other social media accounts preferred
- Knowledge of window treatments or interior design is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn showroom management software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
