Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and public relations, with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall advertising campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage online communities by fostering relationships with followers and influencers.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics and other sources to refine strategies and improve performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Experience in public relations or advertising is a plus.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to inform content strategy.
- Canva and Capcut is a plus but can teach.
