Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods between designated locations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles van vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers or freight according to established routes and schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Keeping the hotel clean, which include Mopping, cleaning, vacuuming, and washing floding laundry.
- Load and unload passengers or cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving in various weather conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions about routes or services.
- Perform any other duites which are assigned by the managemnt.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (DL) with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type being operated.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with passengers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required by the schedule.
