Based in Kalispell, Montana, we’re seeking skilled tradespeople (or eager learners) ready to travel, work hard, and master the art of carpentry and framing. This full-time role is perfect for experienced carpenters, framers, or those with construction experience who want to specialize in a high-demand trade with real growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Frame residential and commercial structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and custom builds.
- Perform finish carpentry tasks like installing trim, molding, doors, and custom woodwork.
- Read blueprints and execute precise measurements for structural integrity.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and framing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and collaborate with crew leaders and teammates.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or general construction (remodeling or restoration experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with wood framing, steel framing, or finish carpentry techniques.
- Proficiency with tools like circular saws, nail guns, levels, and measuring equipment.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds, work at heights, and perform manual labor tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
