Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage innovative social strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
- Lead both paid and organic social media campaigns, driving measurable engagement and growth.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, tools, and emerging best practices to optimize performance.
- Actively engage with online communities, responding authentically to comments/messages.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and client strategy teams to align messaging. Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred). Mastery of major platforms and social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later). Proven success executing campaigns from concept to launch.
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling and brand voice.
- Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
- Bonus: Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. What We Offer
