Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and Google platforms.
- Develop creative and relevant content ideas aligned with current marketing strategy.
- Maintain active community engagement through timely responses and interactions on social platforms.
Marketing & Brand Partnerships
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
- Represent Rise Gym at community events, managing event tables and promoting services.
- Lead both online and offline networking efforts to grow the Rise Gym brand.
Sales & Member Relations
- Conduct in-person tours for prospective members and manage the onboarding process.
- Support member retention initiatives and handle cancellations with care and professionalism.
Event & Community Engagement
- Coordinate vendors, schedules, and logistics for gym-hosted events.
- Oversee participant registration, sponsorships, and community outreach.
Performance Metrics
- Publish a minimum of 3 social media posts per week (12 per month):
- 1 informative post
- 1 social/hype post
- 1 humorous/fun post
- Attend 1 Tomball or Cypress Chamber meeting/event per month.
- Complete at least 1 social or networking outreach per month.
- Establish 1 new strategic partnership per week.
- Organize 6 events and 6 marketing campaigns per year.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with video editing tools, social media scheduling, and analytics platforms.
- Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups in both sales and community settings.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community building is a plus.
