We are a well-established and growing company based in Montgomery, IL, with over 14 years in business and a team of 40 dedicated employees. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to join our team full-time.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and community engagement. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, developing content, running email campaigns, and building a stronger connection with our audience online. This is an in-house position that plays a key role in shaping our brand voice and growing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or similar)
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content (text, image, and video)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (via Constant Contact or similar)
- Track and analyze performance metrics to guide content improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with company goals
- Maintain brand consistency in messaging and visual identity

- Graphic Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (or similar)
- CMS: WordPress (or similar)
- Video Editing: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Splice (or similar)
- AI Tools: ChatGPT (or similar)
