- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries, responding in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Utilize tools for graphic design needs.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing or related fields.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Excellent content creation skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
- Experience in photography is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
