Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with followers in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations and e-commerce to align messaging.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
- Utilize video editing skills to create engaging multimedia content for various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media tools, and best practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google tools for analytics and reporting.
- Strong proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing practices including SEO/SEM.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on relevant topics and trends.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
- Video editing skills using Adobe or similar software is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
