Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape installation, maintenance, and hardscaping. This role involves working with various hand and power tools to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation tasks including planting, mulching, and lawn care.
- Execute snow plowing and landscape maintenance during appropriate seasons.
- Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape installation or maintenance is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to landscaping.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of mowing techniques and lawn care practices is a plus.
- Experience with snow plowing operations is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.57 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
