Salary: $17.00/hr - Weekly Pay
Spa Responsibilities:
- Greet spa guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Manage spa appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and service preferences.
- Guide guests through spa offerings and recommend services based on their needs.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and housekeeping to ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared.
- Handle guest inquiries in person, by phone, or via email with efficiency and discretion.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the spa reception and lounge areas.
- Process payments and maintain inventory of spa retail items.
Spa Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in appointment software and point-of-sale systems.
