Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests to Spa Mirbeau
- Guide guests on the procedures at the spa
- Provide tours of the Spa to Guests
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Keep the reception area clean and conducive for guests as they wait for their turn to be attended too
- Introduce new beauty products to guests and educate them on their uses and benefits
- Inform staff members of appointments that guests have canceled, and also alert staff members of the arrival of guests who come without prior appointments
- Keep guests updated on current available promotions and discounts in services offered in the Spa
- Process payments from guests for services ordered from the spa
- Give appointments to guests on specific days
- Close the spa at the appropriate time
- Supervise all evening staff and ensure they are performing job duties in a professional manner
- Receive customer complaints and feedback, and assist with guest recovery
- Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized for free movement
- Assist in getting guests' feedback on the level of services delivered to improve service delivery
Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements
Requires key attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to wear many hats, multitask, and pivot duties at any time. This position also requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent guest service skills.
