Work Schedule
- Five-day workweek including mandatory Saturday and Sunday (we operate 7 days a week)
- One weekend off per month to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Schedule hours: 09:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Spa Team Lead (Lead Spa Coordinator) to coordinate and lead daily front-desk workflow and support estheticians at our Stone Oak location, home to a loyal clientele. You’ll champion Luna Allure’s commitment to exceptional service, maintain operational accuracy, and boost sales by empowering our front-desk team and estheticians.
We invest heavily in training and are looking for candidates who plan to grow with us for at least one year; employment remains at-will.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Outreach
- Drive front-desk sales by conducting outreach calls to prospective clients (e.g., those who inquired via social media).
- Book appointments over the phone and secure payments to ensure an efficient intake process.
- Support estheticians in understanding and selling packages, offering them the right steps and coaching for successful conversions.
- Organizational Excellence
- Keep all the necessary systems like Zoho, clover, and Google Sheets up-to-date with client details, sales metrics, and team performance.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure seamless scheduling and inventory management.
- Maintain clear communication with the operations Manager, sharing ideas for efficiency and growth.
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead by example, motivate staff, and foster a positive and supportive environment that aligns with our core values.
- Ensure all team members feel valued and see opportunities for future growth within the company.
- Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements.
- Client Experience & Service Quality
- Oversee front-desk operations, ensuring excellent client experiences from check-in to follow-up.
- Coordinate treatment room schedules, balancing productivity with a client-centered approach.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
- Support Spa Growth
- Work closely with the Spa operations manager to implement innovative strategies that enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Contribute to the rollout of marketing initiatives and promotions that reflect our mission of holistic, science-backed beauty.
- Help analyze sales reports, client feedback, and market trends to drive improvements in our services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in management or supervisory roles (spa, salon, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong sales acumen and track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage Google Sheets, scheduling tools, and inventory systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to building a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a desire to learn and grow.

- Base Pay: $17- $18/hour (annualized to approximately $40,000–$44,000, including typical overtime pay at 1.5× for hours over 40)
- Conversion Commission & Bonuses:
- Conversion Commission: $20–$50 for every lead you schedule that converts to a treatment-plan sale (yearly potential of $6,400+ and uncapped upside as you book more).
- Weekly Booking Bonus: $100 for every 25 bookings you generate in a week.

- Total Commission + Bonus Potential: Approximately $10,000+ per year for meeting and exceeding targets.
