Our Spa Guest Services team plays a vital role in creating a seamless, elevated experience for every guest—working behind the scenes and in guest-facing moments to ensure our space feels beautiful, welcoming, and serene at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Welcome: Greet and escort guests to treatment areas, offering water or tea with genuine hospitality.
- Elite Customer Service: Anticipate customer needs, surprise and delight guests through exceptional customer care.
- Guest Comfort: Manage and maintain locker rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
- Treatment Prep: Prepare treatment rooms and outdoor areas, stocking supplies and setting the ambiance for upcoming services.
- Housekeeping & Organization: Stock, fold, and organize towels, robes, and linens; wash dishes and maintain the cleanliness of all guest areas.
- Inventory Support: Help stock and track inventory of teas, sprays, and other spa essentials.
- Property Care: Keep the spa property organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with spa coordinators, therapists, and management to deliver a flawless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with excellent guest service skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Comfort with light physical tasks such as lifting laundry baskets, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
