Job Details:
- Working in the town of Spokane, WA
- 15 -20 patients per day
- This is a part-time position
- Position: Medical Director / Physician
- Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated income range of$111,000 to $133,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential.
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities as a part - time physician and medical director
- Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
- Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
- Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
- Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
Qualifications:
- Board Certified IM, FP, or EM
- Willing to train experienced candidates as well
- Licensed in State
