At Danfoss in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will play a critical role in advancing manufacturing excellence by improving processes that directly impact product quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Working on-site within a dynamic production environment, you will help create stable, efficient, and sustainable operations that support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and operational performance.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve process and equipment challenges and prevent recurring issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, lower costs, improve energy efficiency, and enhance overall process stability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to achieve operational goals and deliver strong SQDC performance.
  • Manage capital investment projects that strengthen manufacturing capabilities and support long-term business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience improving manufacturing or machining processes within a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including practical use of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, A3, or similar approaches.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and improve process documentation, standard work, control plans, and process controls.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver operational results.
  • Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
