Service Contract Business Process Expert
Based at one of our main hubs (Nashville, TN; Bothell, WA; Cambridge, MA), this position supports service contract processes and acts as a consultant for the Service Contracts and Service Operations teams, requiring exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with systems like ServiceMax, SAP, and Channel CRM. Experience in Order Management and ZCQ & YCQF is essential to ensure seamless integration and adaptation of service contracts amidst ongoing developments in our operations.
Your role:
Lead design, deployment, and management of new capabilities and conduct process analysis for operational excellence, focusing on platforms and processes for Health Systems.
Oversee business processes across departments, partnering with key stakeholders and functions like Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations for improved productivity and efficiencies.
Manage complex projects from requirement definition through to deployment, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet user needs, and prepare documentation and training for new procedures.
Drive cross-functional process improvements, resolve system issues with IT, and influence stakeholder consensus in sensitive situations while performing miscellaneous duties as needed.
You're the right fit if:
2+ years' experience in service execution, customer service support, finance, or order management environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering preferred
Experience with SAP, particularly ZCQ and YCQF, and/or ServiceMax is required; familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in MA and WA is $99,000 to $158,500
The pay range for this position in TN is $88,500 to 141,500.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
