Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal in designated containers.
Assist with basic food prep or other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor or chef.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health department standards.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
