Assistant Manager Position, Self Storage

Experience Counts: We prefer at least two years of experience in retail sales, apartment management, self-storage, or a similar role, but we’re happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Tech Savvy: This role involves using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software platforms to manage daily operations. If you’re comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems, you’ll fit right in.
Flexibility: This is a hands-on role that requires working a mix of shifts, including weekends. We need someone who is reliable, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Compensation: We offer paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, a discounted storage unit, and an onsite one-bedroom apartment (available after a probationary period). Pay is based on experience.
This part-time position averages 20 hours per week, offering a great balance of independence, responsibility, and teamwork.
