About Original Mocha
Original Mocha is a Yemeni-inspired coffee shop committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences. As we prepare to open our new location in Murphy, TX, we're seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team, uphold our standards, and foster a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
This is our first location in Murphy, and we’re in startup mode — the right person will help shape this store and grow with us as we expand into future locations.
Salary starts around $43,873/year +, depending on experience. Bonus opportunities are available based on performance and store growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of baristas and shift leads. Build weekly schedules, assign roles by shift, and maintain clear expectations and accountability. Foster a positive, high-performance work environment where team members feel supported and customers are consistently well-served.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and maintaining high-quality beverage and food offerings.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators to meet financial goals and implement cost-control measures as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
