The North America Business Marketing (NABM) team is looking for a dynamic leader to join as Strategy and Operations Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of NA Business Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic and operational cornerstone for our North America regional marketing initiatives. This multifaceted position seamlessly integrates strategic planning, operational excellence, and executive partnership to accelerate our regional business objectives. You will function as both a trusted advisor and implementation catalyst, ensuring our marketing vision translates into measurable results across the North American market.

Responsibilities
1. Serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to the Head of NABM and NABM Leadership team, driving strategic vision and change management (accountability, R&Rs, implementation).
2. Act as proxy when appropriate, interacting with both senior Leadership and Global Business Marketing (GBM) team.
3. Be a connector for the NABM to the larger GBM team and our cross functional (XFN) partners (MSO, Finance, Operations, etc). Help to inform our team about what's happening beyond the GBM NA team and find scale opportunities for the team's work. Drive connections within the NABM team by helping to coordinate taskforces for priority project workstreams and facilitate information sharing.
4. Facilitate the quarterly OKR setting, consolidation, XFN sharing, including the quarterly reporting processes. Develop quarterly OKR overview for sharing with partners. Work with leadership team to ensure team strategy documents stay current.
5. Lead the charge on internal storytelling around the team's work, both within NABM and our larger company wide initiatives. While other leaders will contribute here, we need you to organize the process, identify opportunities for promotion and optimize our approach based on results.
6. Be the culture driver for the team - Keep the team feeling connected to each other with support from Culture Crew. Create moments for in person and virtual connections. Ensure we're approaching global meetings fairly and drive connection with the larger OneGBM org.
7. Ensure there is a system for the team's work to be collected, accessible and organized. Responsible for making sure this stays up to date.
