This is a key role in our growing studio—a balance of front desk hospitality, studio operations, and supportive leadership. You’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while creating a warm, welcoming, clean space for clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with the check-in and check-out process
- Lead by example in creating a peaceful, professional, and supportive environment
- Encourage clients to rebook services and promote retail products that support their wellness
- Manage appointment scheduling, room assignments, intake form review, and provider communication
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and fully set up according to business policies and standards—with all supplies stocked, sanitized, and professionally presented
- Monitor and enforce studio policies with professionalism and clarity
- Sanitize tools and prepare add-on supplies for therapists
- Assist in treatment room rounds
- Coordinate bookings and client inquiries via phone, email, and internal messaging
- Confirm appointments and follow up on missed calls
- Maintain accurate shared documentation and internal logs
- Coordinate bookings and confirmations with our mobile massage providers and clients
- Wash and fold blankets, restock supplies, and support studio organization
- Follow provided task checklists to ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently and consistently
- Track and maintain studio inventory, documenting supply levels as needed
- Complete weekly management documentation tasks and contribute to operational reporting
- Follow up with new clients
- Assist with light weekly payroll duties
