Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage calendar appointments and scheduling for staff members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with promptness and courtesy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document management and communication.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks when necessary.
- Support the team with personal assistant duties as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
