We are seeking experienced NCLEX Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our dynamic EdTech team on an urgent basis. If you have a strong background in nursing education and a passion for creating high-quality content that helps future nurses succeed, we want to hear from you,
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and validate NCLEX-style questions and explanations
- Align content with current NCSBN NCLEX-RN/PN test plans
- Ensure clinical accuracy and relevance of nursing scenarios
- Collaborate with instructional designers and editors to maintain content quality
Requirements:
- Valid RN/PN license (active or previously active)
- Proven experience with NCLEX content or test prep
- Strong grasp of nursing fundamentals and clinical practice
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
