Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate a comprehensive software quality plan spanning pre-release, beta testing, verification & validation, and limited release phases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, end-users, and external contractors to conduct quality checks at defined milestones.
- Gather, manage, and escalate feedback from test partners to Product Strategy and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain operational readiness and optimal condition of QA hardware, demo servers, and lab resources, including SunCHECK demo servers, Eclipse, and Aria systems.
- Oversee hardware and software infrastructure used in QA and training environments, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Manage end-of-life (EOL) materials, replacements, license renewals, pricing updates, and technical configurations for hardware pass-through and test environments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a healthcare or regulated software environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycles and quality processes.
- Experience managing or working with beta programs and limited releases.
- Familiarity with QA-related hardware and lab environment management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional coordination with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with radiation oncology platforms such as Eclipse and Aria is a strong plus.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
