As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained. We provide you a company vehicle!
This is a year round - full time position.
Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Test water chemistry levels and adjust chemicals as necessary to maintain safe swimming conditions.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper functioning and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
