Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in utilizing various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and UltiPro. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while fostering positive employee relations and supporting succession planning initiatives.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance the candidate experience.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems, particularly Taleo and UltiPro.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win scenarios for both the organization and candidates.
- Familiarity with employee relations practices and principles.
- Experience in employee orientation programs is preferred.
- Ability to conduct effective cold calling for candidate sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
