Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans, educating students, and implementing early intervention strategies to support the diverse needs of children. The Teacher will work closely with toddlers and preschool-aged children in both classroom settings and physical education activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the developmental needs of students.
- Educate students in various subjects, including physical education, while promoting a love for learning through interactive and engaging activities.
- Provide early intervention support to students who may require additional assistance in their learning journey.
- Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among students.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding educational outcomes.
- Supervise classroom activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in a classroom setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with lesson planning techniques and early intervention strategies is advantageous.
