Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our team in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with diverse learners, including those with disabilities. Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Support students with varying needs.
- Facilitate classroom management to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students, ensuring their educational and emotional needs are met.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt instructional materials for students with special education requirements.
- Help supervise students during activities, including outdoor play and field trips.
Qualifications
- Experience in childhood development or education is preferred.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
