Duties

- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reporting.
- Assist in recruiting new team members, conducting interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Organize staff schedules to meet operational needs while considering employee availability.
- Maintain stock levels by overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Drive retail sales by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or sales management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in supervising or leading teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
