Description
Innoviz Technologies supplies safety-critical, high-performance LiDAR sensors for assisted driving systems, autonomous robotaxis, and various smart infrastructure applications. We are looking for a highly motived and self-driven individual to join our business team in Silicon Valley to help convert a growing list of leads into sales and revenue.
Reporting to the VP Sales, your mission would be to secure new business opportunities by understanding product market fit, presenting Innoviz advantages, aligning customer timelines, and closing deals with direct customers and distributors.
This role would closely interact with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams at Innoviz HQ in Israel.
Responsibilities to Help Win on the Business Team:
- Manage key accounts in Salesforce and unlock new opportunities in smart applications industries such as Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), security & surveillance, drones, agriculture, mobility, mining, and mapping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and commercial contacts for all clients, distributors, and partners while creating an accurate forecast
- Conduct product pitches, onsite demonstrations, and oversee the sales process for each account with the help of the field engineering & sales operations teams
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to influence messaging, social media, and press releases
- Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the Innoviz brand
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales meeting or exceeding quota
- Prior familiarity in GIS, SLAM, computer vision, robotics, perception, or AI
- Strong technical foundation to conceptually grasp key customer problems
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) within US & Canada

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding HW sales goals in smart applications, perception, or AI
- Prior sales experience in the LiDAR or optronics industries
- Prior sales experience in photonics including lasers (EEL, fiber, VCSELs) or photodetectors (SPAD, SiPM, APD)
