We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional support across a variety of communication channels. What You’ll Do:
- Onboard new customers by understanding their needs and configuring Jivetel’s features to best serve their business.
- Manage and process new feature requests and changes.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Jivetel’s services.
- Troubleshoot basic network and system issues.
- Own the customer experience—treat our clients like guests in your home.
- Handle incoming support calls, document tickets, and assist with resolution.
- Educate and empower customers to maximize their use of our products.
- Identify and propose improvements to current systems and processes.
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth setup for new and existing clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
