WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Technical Writer - Product Ads who will be responsible for helping to create, update, and manage our technical and non-technical documentation and be a core part of the product operations team. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and other organizational stakeholders to create resources that document what our AdTech software products do, enable our partners to leverage them, and establish a strong relationship with the brand.

The ideal candidate will be able to share a portfolio of documentation written for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical readers.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: product documentation, user guides, and developer guides, including API guides.
- Work closely with globally-distributed product managers, engineers, and other organizational stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process including authoring, editing, reviewing, publishing and maintaining content.
- Manage the style, layout and design of documents according to our house style guide.
- Plan, schedule, and track documentation work to meet product release dates and deliverables.
- 4-6+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in a technical domain, creating documentation and related resources for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Google Docs, graphics editors and GitHub.
- Knowledge of HTML, Markdown, Javascript, JSON, SQL, and APIs.
- Experience working with content management systems including Confluence and Document360.
- Experience working within a developing information architecture and familiarity with knowledge management concepts.
- Familiarity with a topic-based, learning objective oriented approach to creating documentation.
- Familiarity with the AdTech industry and AdTech concepts.
- Familiarity with data management, reporting and business intelligence concepts is a plus.
- Experience working with product adoption platforms, including Pendo is a plus.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
